The Yak Brewing Company is a brewery founded in 31st Jan 2013. Yak brewing house is installed with equitherm technology from Krones Germany. Our brewery plant is situated at Kurintar, 4, Dare Chowk, Ichhakamana VDC, Chitwan and is designed south facing to accommodate solar panels on the rooftop.
It manufactures the Beer (alcoholic beverage). Yak Brewing Company Private Limited is the beer manufacturing company with an outstanding portfolio of premium brands. Company used to brew with internationally sourced hops (Flower – Bitter) and malts imported from Netherlands.
Our major brands such as Barahsinghe, Pilsner, Dunkel Weizen, and Himalayan Falcon.

- Handling of all equipment’s for the cold block process of the beer production along with filtration of young beer.
- Direct communication with lab, brewing, refrigeration and production team to provide scheduling needs for brewing, yeast harvest, pitch, propagations and beer to production.
- Daily management and check of temperature, pressure, gravity, CO2 &CP(bar) etc. for the fermentation & maturation process.
- Perform CIPs and ongoing preventive maintenance.
- Manage & operate online operating system for cellar works.
- Schedule cleaning and maintaining hygienic environment in cellar area.
- Perform all tasks in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and log data for cellar work and direct report to Quality Control and Brewery Head.
- Basic brewing Knowledge with cellar and filter operations & SCADA.
- Basic communication skills(English/Hindi).
- Basic or working knowledge on SOP, GMP and Microsoft office.
