Yeti Distillery Private Limited (YDPL) was incorporated in December 2003 but has roots to the 1970s. From FY2015, the company entered into 25 UP and 30 UP segments through its flagship products Old Durbar Whisky and 8848 Vodka respectively, using imported raw materials (scotch malt spirits and ENA) from European suppliers. Yeti Distillery (P.) Ltd. is situated at Bharatpur-3, Nagar Ban, New Road, Narayangadh, Chitwan, Nepal.

Job Description
  • Regular round, Check, Supervise and monitor the office building, Properties, Guest house, Gardening, Vehicle, Utilities (Water, Electricity, Lifts).
  • Repair and maintenance of premises and official facilities based on requirement.
  • Manage Security Personnel, Housekeeping Supervision, Driver, Canteen and arrange appropriate security measures for inflow and outflow of people and materials
  • Co-ordinate with local bodies, politicians, police and District Administration and Liaising for GR/PR related work with Govt. Departments along with concerned Local authorities.
  • Manage travel arrangements/appointments, guest pickup and drop.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Coordinating with government / non-government office and filing of documents, timely collection, submission of documents in nearby places
  • Operation, upkeep and maintenance of DG Set, air-conditioning, Fire Fighting System.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems
  • Lead, direct and mentor administrative staff to achieve maximum output.
  • Efficient management and coordination of office vehicle and transportations
  • Responsible for keeping track of all physical assets and assets given to employees.
  • Control on the company vehicle use, vehicle maintenance and ensure timely renewal of Vehicle Blue Book, Road Permit and Insurance.
  • Assess administrative processes and suggest improvements for enhancing efficiency.
