- Complete Bachelor /Mastters Degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts preferably in reputable company
- Used any accounting software
- Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Prepare/monitor/update accounting vouchers, VAT register, TDS file, VAT submission, Day book, Journal Ledger, financial statement, costing, balance sheet etc.
- Deal with people from banks and Tax offices
- Good knowledge of VAT, tax, production management and government policies
- Good knowledge on banking procedures and LC.
- Answer client's questions regarding their sales/payment status
- Locate and notify customers of overdue/pending due accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to collect payment
- Visit clients to collect payment, visit banks for official purpose (example cheque/cash deposit etc)
- Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Make best-practices recommendations to management
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
