Job Description
  • Assisting the Managing Director on a regular basis with regards to operational tasks
  • Maintaining good working relationship with key personnel
  • Handling local and international telephone calls
  • Arranging tickets for tour plan and cooperating with travel agencies regarding the same
  • Arranging a highly organized schedule of meetings as per the availability and approval
  • Capable in communicating on behalf of the director during his unavailability
Education Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
Job Specification
  • Preferably BBA completed with related experience
  • Should have minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/ MD/Directors or relative work areas in secretarial job
  • Should have excellent and strong hold in oral and written Nepali & English communication skill
  • High level of time management ability and strong organizational skill
  • Should have knowledge in organization planning and mature in behavior
