Job Description
  • Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
  • Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Plan and administer the company’s Marketing budget and keep cost in control.
  • Customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
  • Develop promotional material and distribution
  • Train the marketing team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Responsible for the Public relations efforts
  • Connection with External vendors and consultantsSupervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services
  • Administrator, CommunicationsManager and Regional Marketing Managers
Education Required
  • Master's Degree in the field of Business/Management along with exposure of Digital Marekting.
Job Specification
  • 7 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years experience in Senior manager level in A class Financial Institution or 5 years  experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies 
  • Age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline
  • Aspirant candidate shoud have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of effective planning, strategy formulation and capactiy to enhance overall corporate profile and branding of the Bank.
  • The incumbent is expected to be well versed in devising marketing strategies for entire products and services of the Bank.
  • Aspirant should work closely with the sales team to develop and understand marketing requirements thereby creating effective leads for the sale team.
  • The incumbent is expected to have strong acquiantance of digital marketing with the ability to work with internal IT resources and external vandors defininng the opportunity, creating the business case and develop the requirement o implement the strategy.
  • Aspirants should be capable of reviewing new technologies and keep the bank at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
