- Administrative works like receiving bills of expenses of province 2 staff, verifying the same and report for approval.
- Keeping records of attendance, daily reports in coordination with Regional Managers.
- Correspondence of documents from KTM to Province 2 and vice versa.
- Checking and updating of lease amounts and coordinating the same with accounts on timely deposit of the same.
- Data collection and coordination with Govt related agencies as per the requirement of province 2 project.
- Should work in close coordination with accounts, Gen admin and HR department for various tasks related with Province 2.
- Any other tasks related with office works as assigned by the superiors.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Two wheeler with valid license.
