Quality Control Officer
This role is responsible for quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) related matters to ensure finished products are in compliance with all buyer approved quality standards.

Job Description

Education Required
  • Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing.
Job Specification
  • Review preproduction samples/SMS prior to sample approval and conduct
  • preproduction meeting with vendors to align quality standard prior to
  • production
  • Conducts inspections for in-line and final audits at vendor's factories to meet
  • with the approved samples and standard requirements. Reports should reach
  • quality management for review on a daily basis
  •  Recommend methods for improvement of product quality to the factory at the
  • early stage to ensure smooth production flow
  •  Liaising and coordination with vendors/factories and counterparts for quality
  • and workmanship issues of the bulk production and to resolve any problems
  • thereof
  •  Monitor merchandise delivery situation with the orders confirmation and be
  • able to raise an immediate alert when necessary
  •  Work with Supervisor and to prepare and follow up the product quality issues
  • handling
  •  Work with supervisor and vendors to improve process control to achieve the
  • quality level that meets SAG requirement.
  •  Keep updated on factory's production activities and convey that information for
  • our management's reference whenever necessary
  •  Monitoring quality control procedures as well as keeping a good filing record
  • Carry out other duties that are in support of SAG and its various divisions
