• Understand the requirement clearly, think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to interactive design.
• Work with Product Managers and Business Managers for identification and research to solve customer problems.
• Conceptualize ideas that brings simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Design wireframes and mock-ups, with feedback from the stakeholders and business users to develop engaging user interactions that excite and delight.
• Identify customer pain points in existing workflows and designs, and work for improvements in the existing functionality.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure finished products meets the market requirements.
• Work with other UI/UX Designers and Web Designers to contribute in the Design Team activities to guide and share the knowledge.

• Bachelors in IT or Business related courses.
• Minimum 3 plus years of overall experience in the UI/UX.

• Familiarity with design systems, atomic design concepts and component lifecycles.
• Must be able to translate business requirements into functional high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Analytical Skills, Detail Oriented and Good communication skills.
