  1. Branch Manager – 21 Position (Position Code: CBL-BM-01-2018)

Level: Officer Level (01/02/03)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Credit, Sales and Operations.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Candidates need to be acquainted with overall credit, sales and operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrating a strong sense of work ethics, drive and common sense with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.

 

  1. Officer – Integrated Risk Management – 3 Positions (Position Code: CBL-OIRM-02-2018)

Level: Officer Level (01/03)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Credit/Risk/Relationship/Operations Functions.

 

  1. Compliance Officer- 2Positions (Position Code: CBL-CO-03-2018)

Level: Officer Level (01/03)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Compliance/Legal Functions.

 

  1. Remittance Officer- 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-RemO-04-2018)

Level: Officer Level (03)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in remittance (Domestic/International).

 

  1. Relationship Manager- 32 Positions (Position Code: CBL-RM-05-2018)

Level: Assistant Level (S4), Officer Level (01/02)

  • Experience: At least 3 years for Officer and 2 years for Assistant level of banking experience in Credit and Sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of CA
  • Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates having at least 2/3 years or relevant experience in banking sector.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in secretarial job. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience working in a similar position in a banking sector.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Candidates should be responsible for supporting high-level executives and provide administrative support. Candidates need to have pleasant personality and be able to work under pressure.

  • Experience: At least 3 years for Officer and 2 years for Assistant Level of Banking experience in Core Operations.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of related experience in Research and Development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor Level in Law from a recognized university/college. Preference shall be given to candidates completing Master’s Degree in Law.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Legal Department.

 

  1. Bancassurance Officer – 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-BO-12-2018)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Insurance/Bancassurance.

 

  1. Marketing Officer – 12 Positions (Position Code: CBL-BO-12-2018)

  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Deposit/Liability Management/Transaction Banking Function in BFIs.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of banking experience in Credit and sales.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in Credit/Credit Administration.

 

  1. Operations Assistant – 10 Positions (Position Code: CBL-OA-16-2018)

Level: Assistant Level (S1)

  • Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in Operations and sales.

 

 

Note: The candidate must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.

 

Minimum Criteria for applied positions:

  1. Officer Level: 22 to 40 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 45 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Bachelor Degree from recognized university/college for all positions. Preference shall be given to management graduates or equivalent.
  2. Assistant Level: 19 to 30 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 35 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Intermediate from recognized university/college.

Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of degree from SCL/equivalent onwards shall be automatically disqualified.
