  1. Senior Officer Level (Branch Managers):

Candidates should be well acquainted with overall banking functionalities (Operation, Credit, Business and other Regulatory knowledge) with strong salesmanship and leadership skills.

  1. Officer Level (Credit Functions):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge and experience in areas like Credit Relationship Management/ Credit Administration/ Credit Risk with capacity to execute specialized banking responsibilities smoothly and prudently.

Job Locations: Various Departments at Head Office and Inside/Outside Valley Branches

  1. Officer Level (Operation Functions):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge and experience in Operational and Business Support areas like Human Resource/General Administration/Payment Solutions/Remittance/SWIFT/Branch Operation/Compliance/Central Trade/Treasury Back Office/Middle Office/Fixed Assets Management/ Reconciliation with ability to carry out given assignments independently and efficiently.

Job Locations: Inside/Outside Valley Branches/ Head Office Departments

  1. Officer/Junior Officer Level (Deposit Marketing):

Candidates applying for deposit marketing should have ability to recognize new deposit avenues and strengthen existing business with capacity to cross-sell Bank’s ancillary products and services.

  1. Officer/Junior Officer Level (Information Security):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge on IT function related to Computer Networking/Database /Hardware. Candidate should have ability to develop, configure and manage a Networking / Database Activity monitoring program. Preferences will be given for candidate having IT security certification like security +, CEH.

  1. Officer / Junior Officer Level (Credit Recovery):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge and experience in their respective job area with capacity to execute given responsibilities efficiently and independently.

Job Locations: Head Office (Central Credit Administration and Control)

  1. Junior Officers Level (IT Department):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge on IT function and possess good knowledge on Power & Hardware/Solar Hybrid Support, Surveillance, CCTV/DVR & Recording Management, PHP and MySQL programming, Basic Flex cube knowledge, NCHL Client End Support, Network & Security Support and Branch ICT Setup Support.

  1. Junior Officer/Senior Assistant Level (Credit Relationship / Operation):

Candidates are expected to have sound banking knowledge and experience in their respective job area with capacity to execute given responsibilities efficiently and independently.

Job Locations: Kakarvitta, Surunga, Gauradaha, Damak, Pathari, Duhabi, Biratnagar, Itahari, Dharan, Gaighat, Namche, Lahan, Kalaiya, Sindhuli, Bharatpur, Parsa, Parasi, Gaidakot, Bardaghat, Manigram, Kotihawa, Jitpur, Chandrauta, Lamahi, Tulsipur, Pokhara, Lekhnath, Dulegauda, Lamaki, Khalanga-Jumla, Musikot, Attariya and inside/outside valley Branches.

Minimum Qualification and Requirement:

Senior Officer Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/ Management/Economics with at least four years of relevant banking experience or Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with at least three years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.

Officer Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with at least three years of relevant banking experience or Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with at least two years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.

Junior officer Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/ Economics with at least 2 years of relevant banking experience or Master’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/Economics with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

Junior officer Level in Information Technology/Information Security: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of IT with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of IT or Master’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of IT with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

Senior Assistant Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/Economics with at least 1.5 years of relevant banking experience with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

Candidate applying for above mention job positions should be presently working at the same level or one level below the applied position.

Candidate should mention at least two preferred locations during the time of application. Preference shall be given to local candidates or candidates from surrounding area.
